Terms & conditions
Including exactly what our guarantee covers.
Effective August 14, 2026. These terms cover the use of this website and explain exactly what our guarantee does and does not cover.
Our guarantee — what it covers
If your photo does not meet the official published requirements of the receiving country and is rejected for that reason, we will retake it at no additional charge.
What it does not cover: we guarantee the photograph, not the outcome of your application. Passport, visa, and citizenship applications are approved or refused by the issuing authority for many reasons that have nothing to do with a photograph. We cannot influence, predict, or take responsibility for that decision, and we cannot be responsible for processing times or travel disruption.
Photo requirements published on this site
Our country pages describe official photo specifications. That information is provided in good faith and was verified against official government sources on the date shown at the bottom of each page. Requirements change without notice. Always confirm current requirements with the authority handling your application. Where our page and an official source disagree, the official source governs.
Appointments
All sessions are by appointment. Please let us know the country and document type when you book, because specifications differ and we set up for yours before you arrive.

Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is free of error at all times. If you spot something wrong, please tell us — particularly on a requirements page.
